♥ Store Display

Armani Exchange adopts the Free-Form store layout which is usually used in specialty stores. Fixtures and aisles are arranged asymmetrically to create a pleasant relaxing ambiance.

Physical Store Attributes: (my apology for the unclear photo as i have to take it secretly...sshh)

First up when you arrive at their store, you noticed their mannequins lined up in front in their window display. They are all dressed up in Armani's lastest fashion trend to attarct shoppers into their store. Once inside, i noticed that the store is rather spacious to move about. Armani's store is divided into two sections, whereby the left side is the ladies' section and the right side is the men's section.

(This is a view of Armani Exchange store from outside. As i have mention above, they have mannequins up front for their window display.)

(In displaying their T-shirts, Armani have custom-made their shelves whereby their shirts are able to fit into each of the space [see pictures above] and in a way their merchandising presentation is very neat and visible to the shoppers.)

(However, during my visit to their outlet, i spotted one flaw in their visual merchandising. In their ladies' section, there is one row of dresses that are sold at a 30% discount. In the picture above you can see that the dresses are all cramped together, and during my visit i noticed that no one is patronising these dresses. Even though these are promotion items, but maybe they could arranged the dresses according to their colours to make it look more presentable.)
